Villa Medula with a living space of 410 m2 was built on 2500 m2 of land in an isolated rural area. Since it can accommodate up to 26 guests in 3 apartments, the villa is perfect for a group on Incentive trip. Villa Mendula houses a total of 13 bedrooms. There are also 12 en-suite bathrooms with showers and all other bathroom accessories. In each apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a modern-style living room with satellite TV, which makes the space perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. 

Upon request, it is possible to organize catering services such as a private chef, entertainment organizer for special events, DJ, excursions and car/boat rental.

In the courtyard of Villa Mendula lies a spacious heated swimming pool of 80 m2, surrounded by at least 20 deckchairs. A nice terrace with a comfortable seating area and a grill is ideal for enjoying grilled food.
