Founded in 2015, Croatia Incentive is a destination management company specialising in tailor-made incentive travel, team building and corporate events across Croatia.

We work with international companies, agencies and event planners to create unique programmes that combine authentic local experiences, carefully selected venues and seamless event organisation.

With extensive local knowledge, a trusted network of partners and a hands-on approach, we manage every detail – from the initial concept and planning to on-site coordination and delivery.

Our goal is simple: to create meaningful experiences that bring people together, strengthen connections and leave a lasting impression.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director of Croatia Incentive, I focus on creating unique experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients and partners.

I believe that every successful incentive programme starts with understanding the people behind it – their goals, expectations and ideas.

My approach is personal and hands-on. From developing new concepts to finding the right local partners, I enjoy turning ideas into memorable experiences that showcase the very best of Croatia.

EVENT MANAGER

As Event Manager at Croatia Incentive, I enjoy bringing ideas to life and making sure every detail comes together.

I work closely with our clients and local partners to plan and coordinate incentive programmes, team building activities and corporate events.

For me, successful event planning is all about organisation, creativity and personal attention. I love seeing everything come together and knowing that our guests can simply relax, enjoy the experience and make lasting memories.
